Keith Kuper, President
Keith is President of the Charter Companies. He grew up on a grain and livestock farm, graduated from Iowa State University and has broad professional experience in agricultural extension, teaching, agronomy and journalism. He has been a commodities broker since 1986 and a grain marketing consultant since 1992. Keith started the Charter Companies in 1996 to assist farmers in developing and executing disciplined marketing plans. He and his wife also own and operate a family farm, raising corn, soybeans and a few beef cattle.

Sara Kelsey, Broker/Consultant
Sara is a graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor of science in Ag Business and an emphasis in commodity marketing and price analysis. Prior to coming to the Charter Companies she worked as a grain buyer and merchandiser for a large agribusiness firm. Sara's been a broker and marketing consultant with Charter since 2000.

Marian Kuper, Office Manager
Marian is an Iowa State grad who went back to school to study accounting at the University of Northern Iowa. Marian has worked as a Certified Public Accountant and handles all of the accounting, payroll and tax work for both the Charter Companies and the farm that she and husband Keith own and operate.
